Once you’ve nailed down the style and quantity of your merch, the real fun begins! Design every aspect of your custom promotional merchandise. If you have a design ready, simply upload that design to our portal — or, if you’re more of a “back of the napkin” designer, work with one of our in-house graphic designers to bring your idea to life. Once your order is submitted, we’ll send a digital mockup within 24 hours. If you approve, we’ll create a sample for your final review — and then, with your blessing, we’ll push to full production.
Absolutely! We offer complimentary digital samples of all our products. This means we’ll create an actual sample of your design, selected customization options, etc., and upload a high-resolution photo of the sample to our portal for your review. Customer satisfaction is paramount, so we want your final approval before we proceed to full production. If you would prefer to receive a physical sample of your product, we can arrange a sample shipment to your address — you’ll simply pay the shipping cost.
